WHAT: Assaults

WHERE: Downtown

WHEN: January 10, 2013 at 11:00 AM

SUSPECT: WMA, 50's, 5-8 top 5-10, white hair, blue eyes

We have identified the suspect in one of the three assaults that occurred yesterday in the area of downtown. The suspect is currently in custody on an unrelated charge while he was in court today. The suspect should remain in custody while our investigation is completed.

Our investigation is continuing and the release of the suspect's identity at this time would hamper our investigation. We will release more details as soon as the investigation is complete.
