Can Caltrans be sued if/when people die in accidents at the Castillo offramp in the mornings? It seems like they should have some liability for not having near enough capacity. Today the queue to get off the freeway was at least 500 feet past the BEGINNING of the ramp exit. People were pulled over in the shoulder for FIVE HUNDRED feet!!!! Seems innapropriate and really, really unsafe...

Did anyone hear a LOUD crash this morning near Patterson/101? I'm not sure if I was dreaming but I could have sworn that I heard something that didn't sound too good. I didn't see any posts of accidents. If I had to guess it was around 6AM.
