Type of Incident: Pedestrian Death Date and Time of Incident: 11-30-12 0621hrs

Place of Occurrence: Mesa View Dr. @ Halcyon Rd. Arroyo Grande

Victim Information: Chelsea Lynn Brunelle 22 yrs.

Suspect Information: N/A

Details of News Release: On 11-30-12 at 0621 hours MedCom received a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian accident. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and started life saving measures which were unsuccessful. The decedent has been identified as Chelsea Brunelle, 22 years. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and cooperated with the investigation. The Coroner's Office will be conducting the investigation into the death.
