An early season storm will impact the tri-counties today. San Luis Obispo County and Northern Santa Barbara County could get up to an inch of rain.

Sunny here now, but NWS radar shows Big Sur is getting rain. Let's hope we get meaningful rain from it, and soon.

You people remind me of the post a few weeks ago that said we wouldn't get any rain. I ended up with 1.5 inches in my bucket. It's coming, I can smell it.

690P, KEYT is getting their info from the NWS, as is every other TV station. Try the GOES West Satellite for visible and water vapor animations.

LOVE, LOVE, L-O-V-E this rain!!!! Boy, do we ever need it! And everything turns a little greener and everything smells so beautiful. I LOVE this.
