Those are Molpadia arenicola, a type of sea cucumber. They live on sandy bottoms where they feed on detritus, bacteria, and benthic microalgae. Sometimes they get washed in during storms.

Either Salps or burrowing sea cucumbers. Need to turn one over and hold it to the light to see if it has the cucumber's mouthparts or a scalp's nerve cord.
